Internet Startup looking for designer

We’re looking for a web designer for our startup. Working on several startup projects, including gaming, mobile apps, and sites. Need someone capable of understanding UX/UI and able to crank out great designs ready for slicing.

What makes this position good?

- Chance to build games & software that may get used by many people

- Work with other engineers (not just a bunch of business people) based in NY, Seattle and other places

- Work in a tiny startup/informal work style but with folks with 18+ years of experience at major software companies

- Be part of a team, but still work from home or anywhere you want

- Build a CV/Resume, we can recommend and help people with jobs after working with them

- Earn money now, and later get stock in a new company that could grow to something very successful

You should have…

- Ability to understand how design your influences usability of a web site or mobile app

- You have an eye for design, layout & visual

- Design skills and portfolio a must. (we’re looking for clean modern layout, 2012 style like tumblr.com — not an old 2005ish web sites like yahoo.com)

- Photoshop or similar experience

- Some experience with HTML (HTML5 canvas better)
