San Francisco Contract Immigration Attorney (financial district)

Rapidly growing bi-coastal (SF-DC) immigration law firm looking for dedicated immigration attorneys on a contract-basis.

We are looking for attorneys who are ultimately interested in building their own immigration practice, but are in need of mentoring and a platform to grow their business.

The ideal candidate is willing to grind and is meticulous, with respect to case preparation, and absorbing the knowledge and experience of our two co-founders and partners – who have more than 25 years of immigration attorney experience combined, working at practically every type of immigration firm, from small boutiques, to the biggest corporate firms today.

The position is ideal for immigration attorneys who want to learn:

• How to own and prepare a case from start to FedEx;

• How to tell a client’s story and NOT be boring, while minimizing distracting legal jargon;

• How to prepare and present evidence, using creative methods and presentation techniques not readily known by most immigration attorneys;

• How to conduct thorough immigration research, while drawing from a support network of experienced career immigration practitioners;

• How to prepare fundamentally sound cases, which are capable of withstanding the highest levels of scrutiny, but rarely have to;

• How to use case management …
