(NOTE – this is a telecommuting position. requires geographical locations to post; however, location of applicant does not need to be in a specific locale – just the US) (NOTE – only allows for one value for salary. Substantial bonuses/stipends/and certain paid expenses will be on top of stated salary.)  Job DescriptionProviding software technical supportfor an international software development company. This is to include 1st and 2nd line support to customers, via email, phone, and help desk systems;however, much more than just a “help desk” positionDesired Skills & Experience- Analyze scenarios of software implementations and provide solution forproblems
– Provide software technical support for consultants
– Set correct priorities of ongoing issues
– Work with Development to better products and/or resolve customer issues.
– Assist with providing administration assistance to the support process, suchas licensing of software
– Work with other software partners to resolve customer issues
– At times, work in high pressure situations, in “customer down”/high priorityscenarios to resolve issues timely and professionally.

The support engineer must be well rounded in IT skills, and the ability to usea wide range of that knowledge at any given time is crucial. Requirements…
