In order to keep up with the growing demand for VPI’s award-winning suite of software products and services, we are seeking an additional sales professional with demonstrated success in the contact center market to fill the role of “Director, Contact Center Practice.” This is a senior sales roles with strategic account responsibilities for our highly active Southeast region, offering the opportunity to join a dynamic, creative company in a growth industry!

The position requires 5+ years of experience selling contact center-related technology solutions, including software and services focused on WFO-workforce optimization, business analytics and quality management. Other requirements include a Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience), excellent computer skills (including MS Office, SUGAR, Goldmine or other contact database), strong presentation skills, ability to interact with C-level executives, ability to self-motivate, work independently or collaboratively, extreme professionalism, well developed interpersonal skills and outstanding written and verbal English skills. Specific industry experience a definite PLUS!
