Sales Director / Business Development Executive – Prov International – Minneapolis, MN | – 1-22-2014

ProV International, Inc. is looking for a hard-working individual who is determined to succeed and has a great deal of self-discipline. The Business Development Executive shall provide lead generation of a specific territory/accounts by performing the below tasks. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Perform research for each assigned client in preparation for calls/meetings, necessary to prepare for further interactionUncover new sales opportunities in new and existing accounts by networking to increase contacts; prioritizing prospects and remaining cognizant of changing market conditionsTake customer calls and attend meetings to talk about company capabilities Work diligently to map existing accounts in order to generate new business in targeted marketsParticipate in regular sales team meetings to review sales performance against objectives and targetsAssist with preparation of proposals, contracts and/or other sales related documentation as necessaryTrack and provide reporting for management detailing call activity, pipeline updates and lead generation results Additional Skills & Competencies:Must have experience in IT Services and/or Staffing IndustryMust be a self-starter who requires minimal supervisionAbility to work independently and as part of a team3-4 years of B2B sales and outbound telesales experience in the high-tech industryP…
