Preference for location for this position is Dallas, Denver, Kansas City or Chicago, but we will consider any well-qualified candidates who reside within the contintental US.TeamEnghouse Interactive Channels’ North America Professional Services team is based out of Irvine, CA.  The primary focus of the team is to facilitate and implement high quality technical solutions at customer sites using the Enghouse suite of Products, including Arc, Datapulse, CallRex, and the Zeacom Communications Center platforms.  Their focus is also to provide and facilitate training of the products to end users (Customers, Resellers, Internal staff).   The Professional Services team includes Implementation Engineers that manage all service projects from clients through the project lifecycle, including system design, technical requirements gathering and communication, integration, installation, and training.   Purpose of PositionThe Implementation Engineer is responsible for the delivery of high quality technical solutions in all aspects of the Enghouse product set.
