Due to Acquia’s continuing company success and EMEA expansion strategy, Acquia is seeking to appoint an experienced Drupal expert to join the Technical Account Management team to support in the delivery of Acquia’s solutions/services across it’s fast growing EMEA client base.
The role of Technical Account Manager (TAM) is dedicated to providing technical guidance, customer relationship management and Drupal expertise to existing customer groups. The position acts as a key conduit between Acquia’s Account Management team, Engineers and the customer, with the aim of achieving customer retention/revenue objectives and enhanced customer experience. Acquia’s TAMs interact with a customer base across a variety of vertical industries (government, financial services, FMCG, pharma, media and gaming), with the TAM team acting as the key advocate for assigned accounts within Acquia, representing the needs of these high-value customers.
