Our Client is looking for a technical support technician.Assist customers on Linux servers & monitoring systems;Monitor the product repair process;Help to find solution to the customer by remote connection if neededAnswer calls from clients;Up to 15% of travelling;Take decisions regarding warranty replacements of customer product;Analyse traffic network to be able to identify network issue;Work schedule 9:00- 17:00 and 1300-2100.Qualification:3 years+ with Tech Support;Experience with Linux, Windows /NT/2000 etc;Excellent knowledge of computer office applications;PC and components (serial port, USM, graphic cards, etc.);Video and Audio concepts;Bilingual
