Contact Center Technology Support – Tech Project Analyst Sr This position will be supporting the Multichannel Contact Center Technology, including but not limited to Voice, Video Chat, Instant Messaging, SMS, Email etc. Primary focus of the position will be on Troubleshooting/Problem Analysis and the secondary focus will be Architect/Voice Network Designs and Genesys Solutions Design and Configuration. Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting implementation of multiple lights-on/contact center projects and initiatives.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Applies standard project management methodologies for system related projects. Participates in the design and documentation of complex business processes and participates in strategic, operational and tactical planning.
